	Emily Lopez, Publisher/Owner   Emily Lopez graduated from City University in 1992, earning a B.S. Degree in Business Management and a minor in Computer Information Systems.  While in college she explored the modeling industry part-time and produced numerous events for profit.  Her interest in directing fashion shows and managing her co-models’ careers, led her to open her first modeling agency, EL Models International in Bellevue, WA (est. 1992-1998).  Miss Lopez has worked with several magazines such as Vogue, Cosmo, W, GQ and Seventeen while booking her models for jobs.  Her experience working with international fashion designers and major advertisers allowed her to expand into the advertising medium.  She then realized that there was a niche for a new publication called Asian-American Expression magazine.  The premier issue of Asian-American Expression magazine was released in 1994 with a circulation of 20,000 magazines statewide & in Vancouver, Canada.  The magazine featured Asian fashions, lifestyle and entertainment.  After a year, she decided to target the mainstream and published her next magazine called “Beauty N’ Diversity”.  The magazine focused on cutting-edge fashion and became a trendsetter, introducing the beauty and diversity of its town.  In 1998, Emily moved back to Honolulu, Hawaii and opened E.L. Models Int’l. Agency.  After six months she decided to start a new local TV show called Hawaii’s Beauty and Diversity TV from the same concept as her last magazine.  With her brilliant ideas she managed to take the concept of her latest magazine and put in into a local TV show,  Hawaii’s Beauty and Diversity TV, a lifestyle TV show that highlights the best of Hawaii from fashion, dining and entertainment to Hawaii’s Icons.   Miss Emily Lopez always had the desire to work in and around the world of fashion and entertainment.  In 2002 she became the CEO of The Model Box Agency in Seattle and acquired a portion of the business.  She continued to stay involved in the modeling business, and with the ambition to create a high-end publication, Emily developed “IN Magazine.  Emily has over 15 years of Business management, Sales, Marketing and Talent Management experience.  She has worked with some of the largest advertising firms, upscale retail stores, corporations and Hawaii’s best promoters and producers.  With her business savvy and extremely charming personality, Miss Emily Lopez will be directing and leading the company to a successful future.
	Peter Philipp Wingsoe, Editor-IN-Chief   Peter Philipp Wingsoe joined BDtv in October, 2001 as a Consultant helping as Director/Editor-in-Chief. Peter has over 15 years of experience in marketing, advertising and public relations.  His expertise in branding, campaign development and strategies are rooted in his in-depth understanding of research-based marketing and audience targeting. He is currently working fulltime at Fusion, and prior to that he was the Vice President of Marketing at Matador, USA; in that role, he was appointed to enhance and develop the Amelia Toro and Matador Brand in the United States.  Peter formerly served as the Vice President of Marketing for Boink Systems and as the Executive Vice President and Co-Creator of PINK DOT "Delivering the Future".  Philipp has designed and executed marketing programs for major and start-up corporations including Fashion Faux Paw, Hawaii's Premier, TO GO Magazine, Upscale Concepts, CookieQuick.com, Martin Metals, EL Models International and our very own Hawaii's Beauty and Diversity Television, IN Magazine and JJP International.
	Gregg Mueller, Associate Editor   Gregg Mueller is a veteran of three decades in the Hawaii broadcast community.  Currently with Clear Channel Communications’ group of radio stations, he is the former President of the Hawaii Association of Broadcasters. His experience includes terms with multi-cultural and Japanese Language television stations as well as network affiliates in the areas of management, sales and creative services.  Former Chairman of the Board of the Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Mueller serves on numerous community organizations and Boards.
	Doug De Cambra, Director of Sales & Marketing - Maui   Doug DeCambra, President/Owner of D. International is now the new Director of IN magazine Maui. With his partner Amran Lat, they both are great contributions to the IN magazine team.  Doug DeCambra, a former Mr. Hawaii Int’l., has been in the modeling and entertainment industry for many years.  During his tenure as an international model, Doug traveled to Asian and Europe.  His experience in working abroad and years in Japan gave him the opportunity to explore the Japanese culture and language.  Prior to exiting his career in modeling, Doug decided to broaden his career and took a positing as an F&B Director for an exclusive resort in Wailea, Maui.  In his job, he continues to travel to Japan as a liaison for his company.  In 2000, he opened D. International, and for the past five years his agency has been graded as one of the best agencies in Hawaii.  Doug’s clientele extends to companies such as The Four Seasons Hotel, St. John, Kaanapali Beach Resort, Wailea Shopping Center, and many more... His involvement with IN magazine has been an exciting ride for us all...
	Joe Hunt, Creative Art Director   Joe Hunt is a Pele award-winning graphic designer.  Since 1987, he has worked as a freelance designer in Honolulu.  His clients include the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii, the International Tsunami Information Center, Successories, Kent Keith and many others.
